Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a personal assistant to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support such as document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage phone systems and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
- Maintain the President/CEO's calendar and monitor their email daily.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business management preferred. High school diploma required.
Regardless of educational experience, must have a minimum of three years of executive-level administrative support experience.
- Strong project coordination skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with event planning is a plus
Requirements
Must be a United States citizen or be legally eligible to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver’s license with good standing and maintained throughout their employment with reliable transportation. Employment is subject to satisfactory screenings, including but not limited to background checks, fingerprinting, motor vehicle report, drug screening, alcohol screening, as well as physical and Tuberculosis (TB) testing. Must have CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification or be able to obtain such certification within three (3) months of employment.
