What are the responsibilities and job description for the 7-12 PE/Health Teacher position at Williamsburg Jr/Sr High?
Williamsburg Jr./Sr. High School is seeking applicants for a full time physical education and health teacher. The successful candidate must hold or be able to attain appropriate Iowa licensure and endorsement for grades 7-12 in P.E. and preferably Health. Swimming instruction is a component of this position, and swimming certification is desirable.
The Williamsburg Jr./Sr. High School Physical Education and Health Department is a collaborative team that focuses on personal health and wellness for students, based on department-identified learning targets. Standards referenced grading practices, along with life skill and fitness-focused experience drive instruction. Potential team members who are able to be contributing members of the department, school, and system are encouraged to apply.
