Williamsburg Marine, a division of Patrick Industries, is looking to add an Project Manager (Engineering) to its growing team in Milford, IN. The Project Manager (Engineering) will oversee the engineering department and lead various engineering projects related to the production of upholstery and furniture for RV manufacturers. This role will be responsible for managing processes, leading and developing teams, ensuring product quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the design and development of new products and improvements to existing products.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with quality assurance to resolve any product defects or issues.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
