Job Summary:
This position involves preparing and providing sterile equipment and supplies for inpatient and outpatient surgeries. To excel in this role, you'll need experience in central sterilization and processing, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient surgery setting. Certification from IAHCSMM or CBSPD is also required. As a critical member of our team, you'll contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment by adhering to policies and procedures related to sterilization methods, eye wash stations, and chemical sterilization cycle parameters.

2. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
3. Ultrasonic and instrument washer testing and operation
4. CS eye wash station policy and procedure adherence and weekly testing
5. Instrument assembly according to central sterilization policies and procedures
6. Utilizing available resources for correct sterilization methods and techniques
