We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This role requires a combination of administrative support and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support to ownership including the preparation and review of business and financial documents and reports.
- Perform accounting activities related to financial statements, tax returns, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Perform various businesses activities necessary for managing Hotel, Commercial and Residential Properties and Tenants.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
