Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, to achieve profitability targets.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and special events.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
