Job Overview
Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Clerk
This position is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and residents, answering phones, handling company inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sorting and distributing mail for the housing authority. Coordinates the accounts receivable, including resident rent payments, etc. It receives and processes housing applications for all programs and performs basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Qualifications
1, High School graduate or GED equivalent.
2. One year of office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Strong communication skills and good customer service are required.
Special Requirements
1. Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License
2. Criminal background and Drug Screen required.
Salary Commensurate with Experience
