What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Paraeducator- Williamstown Elementary School position at Williamstown Elementary School?
CVSU is seeking a candidate for a Paraeducator position. The opening ranges from 1:1 intensive academic and/or behavior support, to offering support to students diagnosed with disabilities within the classroom environment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with students with a range of disabilities, as well as the skills to work collaboratively with the classroom teachers, specialists and case managers. A understanding/desire to work with students with Autism is highly recommended. A desire to participate in continuous professional learning is required. Candidates will be required to fulfill duty requirements, such as personal hygiene skills, transportation to and from school and being on the playground or in the lunch room.
