Sales Consultant

- Our Showrooms have unique products and best in-class customer service.
- Our Key Shop provides residents with in-store lock repair services, key replacement and other key and lock services.
- Our Service Department provides an expert level of installation and repair.
The Position: We’re looking for a Sales Consultant. The starting pay range we’re offering is $45k - $50k annually based on experience and commission.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work with a variety of personalities
- Have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for the customer; finding the correct product to suit their needs
- Must be able to start a project and follow through the sale; working with the contractor, plumber, or homeowner to completion
- Self-starter; willing to work independently; know what needs to be done in the showroom without direction at times
- Overall general positive attitude
- Must use the company ERP system to research product, pricing, and availability based on customer needs
- Enter sales orders
- Communicate with vendors
