The Company: Willis Klein Safe, Lock, & Decorative Hardware Co. Inc. is a trusted third-generation expert in residential lock installation and door hardware and is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

The Position: We’re looking for Warehouse/Delivery. The pay range we’re offering is $37 - $39k.

Requirements: To be eligible for hire, the Warehouse and Delivery Driver must be detailed oriented, organized, efficient, and professional while ensuring deliveries are made accurately and on time.

Additional requirements for the Warehouse and Delivery Driver include, but not limited to:

• Must be a team player
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience operating a forklift preferred
• Must be able to work well with others and alone
• Must be able to bend, squat, lift, and climb ladders
• Must be able to lift to 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
• Must learn company product
• Must be on time and ready to work at the beginning of each shift
• Must be able to follow direction without complaint and respectfully offer feedback or suggestion on improvements
• Ability to multi-task and/or change tasks with little to no notice as business dictates.

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse and Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the accurate and expeditious handling of material in a safe and respectful manner, while demonstrating the company’s core values.

Additional responsibilities for the Warehouse and Delivery Driver include, but not limited to:

• Delivery product to customers
• Adherence to federal and state motor carrier safety regulations as specified by the US Department of Transportation and other regulatory agencies of the federal and state governments.
• Load / Unload trucks and pick orders
• Utilize company’s ERP system to enter receiving data
• Putting inventory away and troubleshooting any inventory issues that occur
• Maintain and clean/organized work area
• Assist with business duties throughout company organization as needed
