Willis Knighton is seeking an experienced HR Manager. Applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and coordinate policies and programs covering employment, employee and labor relations, wage and salary administration, benefits and training. The individual selected will report to the Director HR with responsibility including: developing and directing consistent implementation/ interpretation of HR policies and practices; ensure compliance of various regulations; and provisioning of metrics needed in the operations of the health system and the department.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree; HR Certification preferred
Minimum 5-10 years of HR Management experience required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS Word)
Must have high energy and be solutions-oriented
