What are the responsibilities and job description for the OR Patient Care Attendant position at Willis Knighton Health?
Willis-Knighton Medical Center is seeking applicants for a Patient Care Attendant in the Surgical Services Department. Job duties will include but are not limited to, assisting the Nursing and Anesthesia staff in patient transport and positioning, assisting the Operating Room Staff in room turnovers between procedures, and running errands as needed for the staff. Minimum requirement is a CNA certification (or equivalent). Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a program in Surgical Technology. Ability to take calls and respond to hospital within 30 minutes is required.
