A registered professional nurse who works in coordination with the PCC to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and supervise nursing care on the pediatric unit. The head nurse is a front-line leader that ensures that nursing staff provide safe quality patient care, efficiently, and effectively in accordance with Willis Knighton Health policy & procedures and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Pediatric Experienced RN with leadership acumen.
