Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal with prior experience in supporting the attorney in the negotiation and settlement of cases . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of personal injury law and have a proven track record of successfully negotiating favorable settlements for clients. Prior experience in negotiation and settlements is required.
Qualified paralegals are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation consummate with experience.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of personal injury files, focusing on negotiation and settlement strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into the facts and circumstances of each case, gathering evidence and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties to negotiate settlement agreements.
- Draft demand letters, complaints, settlement packages, and other legal documents necessary for negotiations.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to develop effective case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all settlement negotiations and agreements.
