Description :
Willkomm's TA Truck Service is a 24 hour facility with six service bays in operation. Our mechanics provide service repairs and maintenance for the customer in a professional and timely manner.
Report to the Division Leader and Shift Manager. Actively listens to the customer's truck concerns and effectively communicates a solution, in a timely manner. Responsible for providing quality customer service and getting the driver safely back on the road.
Essential Functions :
- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Listens and interacts with customer to help Identify the mechanical problem.
- Confer with customers about inspection results and recommend corrective procedures.
- Prepare work orders for needed repairs and service.
- Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer and take payment for services rendered.

Requirements :
Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have efficient multi-tasking and time management skills. Must have reading comprehension, writing, speaking and active listening skills.
