The Role
The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Superintendent for promoting and ensuring site safety, schedule, and a comprehensive knowledge for the day to day field operations for their assigned project(s) including planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng's quality standards. Field Engineers assist in a hands-on, team-focused environment in all aspects of projects from startup through closeout.

- You have strong interpersonal skills and love working in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong computer skills, especially in; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Construction Software (Procore).
- We require background checks.
