The Role
Willmeng is committed to building a talented and skilled workforce. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in recruiting top talent for a variety of roles within our organization and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. This role reports directly to the Director of Employee Experience.
What you will accomplish
- Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviewing & hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements & develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media & networking.
- Maintain & update candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintains best in class candidate experience.
- Provide timely feedback to hiring managers, building a solid foundation of trust with internal clients.
