Willow Bend Systems is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to generate solid relationships over the phone, leading to new customer engagements.
Position Description:
The Inside Sales Representation (ISR) role is purely a hunter role, and the compensation plan is designed to reward hunter mentality and activities.
There are three equally important outcomes or results that are expected from this role.
1. Talking to as many Qualified Prospects as possible and delivering “Our Message” to every one of them even if they do not agree to a meeting.
2. Scheduling as many Qualified Prospect meetings as possible
3. Building and maintaining a “Warm 1300” prospect database.
Please note that our services are considered premium services. We are not a cheap option in the marketplace. Our sales strategy is geared toward selling the value in investing more in IT to drive business results.
Our ideal clients are businesses in Texas (starting with Dallas Fort Worth) with 25 users to 300 users, high growth in nature, not lifestyle businesses, where the leaderships sees the value in investing in technology to drive their business goals or reduce risk and may already be outsourcing to an MSP.
The ISR is responsible for identifying as many of these premium prospects as possible, prospecting them, building relationship with the decision makers and scheduling appointments for the CEO.
The primary prospecting activity is actively calling prospects over the phone. Sending direct emails, LinkedIn outreaches and other are secondary prospecting activities that support the primary prospecting activity. You can develop your own areas of market focus and lead generation mix but cold calling is essential.
You will be planning and organizing your day to be most productive including outbound calling, appointment setting. Relationship building with prospects is critical in this role.
Duties include:
Minimum activities expected from this role include:
· Make at least 80 calls to target market a day.
· Speak to as many decision makers as possible.
· Deliver “Our Message” to every qualified prospect you talk to
· Schedule at least 3 Qualified appointments per week: Face to Face meetings are preferred, if not a Zoom meeting. No phone call appointments.
· Build and maintain a warm 1300 prospects database. Very Important Outcome
· Track activities in HubSpot
· Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
· Qualifying prospects against clear criteria
· Be a team player.
· Schedule prospect meetings directly on the CEO’s calendar
· Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, quarterly goals
· Work the assigned schedule and comply with the company’s policies.
The job entails whatever needs to be done that is assigned and is within the employee’s capacity of deliver. Including additional duties assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
