Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Tier 3 Yardi Application Support Analyst to oversee support to a national footprint of property managers (clients), responding to incoming client questions and requests regarding Willow Briedge Property Company's Property Management systems, including Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM, and Payscan.
We are looking for a subject matter expert to join our Yardi Support team in a long-term position. The incumbent of this role will maintain all aspects of the customer relationship, assisting clients in various technical and data service via phone/emails.

Primary role is to work with Willow Bridge property management personnel to assist them with questions or problems they have with Willow Bridge Property Management Systems, Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM, Payscan, and OneSite:

Responsibilities

- Investigating system or data problems and taking corrective action in the system
- Assist testing new software releases
- Analyzing recurring problems to determine root cause and create requirements for system changes to address the problem
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 5 years Yardi support experience.
- Working knowledge of the following systems: Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM, and Payscan.
- Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
- Basic PC skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
