As the Guest Experience Coordinator you will exercise your hospitality and communication skills to oversee guest experience both inside the Willow Creek Care Center (Marketplaza and the Kids Zone) and outside the Care Center (cultivating relationships with schools, community organizations, and businesses to enhance guest experience). Your strong skills in developing and discipling others will be used to shepherd, train, equip and communicate with volunteers who play a role in guest experience (Hospitality & Kids Zone Teams) at the Care Center, ensuring a hospitable environment and experience.
The salary range for this position is $44,000 - $60,000 annually and is dependent upon levels of experience and/or education. Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Hospitality team; shepherding, recruiting, equipping, and regularly communicating with Hospitality volunteers
- Lead the Kids Zone team; shepherding, recruiting, equipping, and regularly communicating with Kids Zone volunteers ensuring the kid spaces and programs are open, accessible, safe, fun, and engaging
- Ensure Greater Chicago Food Depository compliance of Intake process and our church database
- Create and foster high-quality, hope-infused, dignity-filled guest experiences within the Care Center’s plaza providing amazing unreasonable hospitality and leading holiday/seasonal initiatives
- Foster existing partnerships while growing new relationships within the community designed to enhance Care Center guest opportunities and experiences, including collaborations with local schools and community organizations
- Participate in staff coverage rotation, team meetings, and CC-wide events planning & execution
