Position: Irrigation Foreman
Location: Piedmont, SC (Travel required for certain jobs)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Foreman to lead our irrigation team in delivering high-quality irrigation maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of irrigation care. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage irrigation installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, and pipes.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain safety standards on all job sites.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment required for irrigation work.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes regarding irrigation systems.
- Travel out of town as needed to complete projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in irrigation installation and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel out of town for jobs as needed.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
