Your Role with the Company:
- Oversee and optimize multi-unit, multi-state operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Drive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced, full-service hospitality environment
- Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to support operational excellence and business expansion
- Lead and mentor regional and district management teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and brand standards
- Analyze financial performance metrics, including P&L statements, cost controls, and revenue streams, to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in finance, marketing, HR, and IT to align business objectives
- Oversee new location openings, expansions, and renovations to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency
- Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of overseeing operations for 100 Multi-Unit, Multi-State, Full-Service Restaurants
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
- Proven experience overseeing multi-unit, multi-state operations in the full-service hospitality industry
- Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and operations to align objectives
- Position based in Queens, NY - must reside in or be willing to relocate to the area
