Your Role with the Company :
Oversee and optimize multi-unit, multi-state operations, ensuring consistency and efficiencyDrive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced, full-service hospitality environmentDevelop and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to support operational excellence and business expansionLead and mentor regional and district management teams, fostering a high-performance cultureEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and brand standardsAnalyze financial performance metrics, including P&L statements, cost controls, and revenue streams, to optimize profitabilityCollaborate with key stakeholders in finance, marketing, HR, and IT to align business objectivesOversee new location openings, expansions, and renovations to ensure smooth execution and brand consistencyDevelop and execute strategic workforce planning, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planningQualifications :
Minimum 5 years of overseeing operations for 100 Multi-Unit, Multi-State, Full-Service RestaurantsBilingual in English and Mandarin is requiredProven experience overseeing multi-unit, multi-state operations in the full-service hospitality industryExpertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiencies to maximize profitabilityAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and operations to align objectivesPosition based in Queens, NY - must reside in or be willing to relocate to the areaEOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
