Your Role with the Company :

• Prepare and bake a variety of classic pastries, including biscuits, pies, cheesecakes, and multi-layer cakes, adhering to high standards of quality
• Craft and maintain p te bris e and other doughs for quiches and specialty baked goods with precision and consistency
• Demonstrate strong bread-making skills to create fresh, high-quality offerings as part of the menu
• Manage ingredient inventory, including ordering, receiving, and ensuring proper storage to maintain freshness and minimize waste
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to fulfill daily production needs and special orders
• Uphold strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards throughout the baking process
• Maintain and clean baking equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Baker (or comparable role) in an upscale restaurant
• A motivated and dedicated individual with strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable, creative, and passionate in all areas of pastry
