Your Role with the Company :
- Prepare and bake a variety of classic pastries, including biscuits, pies, cheesecakes, and multi-layer cakes, adhering to high standards of quality
- Craft and maintain p te bris e and other doughs for quiches and specialty baked goods with precision and consistency
- Demonstrate strong bread-making skills to create fresh, high-quality offerings as part of the menu
- Manage ingredient inventory, including ordering, receiving, and ensuring proper storage to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to fulfill daily production needs and special orders
- Uphold strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards throughout the baking process
- Maintain and clean baking equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Baker (or comparable role) in an upscale restaurant
- A motivated and dedicated individual with strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable, creative, and passionate in all areas of pastry
