Willowbrook Ford& Kia are looking for several Sales consultants to take us to the next level. Kia is Red hot!!! Kia has released a flurry of new and exciting products in the past several months such as the all new 24 EV9 The red hot 24 Sportage and the 24 Telluride. Ford is also a Hot Ticket with the 24 Bronco and the F-150 Lightning and Mach -E We have one of largest inventories and a state of the art facility. At Willowbrook Ford/Kia you the salesperson controls the deal. We do not have a finance department. The customer never has to leave you. This process increases customer satisfaction as well as loyalty. WHAT'S MISSING? YOU ARE!!!!!

What you are Responsible for:

*Answering inquiries with a quality response in a timely fashion

*Following up with customers by email, phone, Text and social media.

*Scheduling appointments in CRM Database

*Making 40-70 calls and sending 40-70 emails a day average.

*Become a certified product specialist

*Demonstrating the product as well as preforming a professional walk around.

*Entering new Customers into our CRM Database.

*Keeping up with product changes in our product as well as the competition.

*Knowing the different financing programs Ford offers.

Requirements:

*Must have a VALID!!!!!! drivers license.

*Must be 18 years of age.

*High school diploma or GED. College degree preferred.

*Must have entry level computer skills.

*Must be able to work Mornings Nights and Saturdays.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Automotive experience a plus.
