Overview
We're seeking part time, high energy individuals with a passion for service! The position at our wedding venue is weekend based with weddings taking place mostly Fridays and Saturdays as well as the occasional Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday {especially in the fall. And yes, holidays too!}. A great way to make a second stream of income with fun work, because who doesn't want to spend each weekend at a party?!
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Our bartenders are responsible for ALL beverage related duties which includes but is not limited to: coffee service and brewing, table side wine service, tableside champagne toast, beverage displays (alcoholic and non alcoholic), water urns, etc.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with client provided and venue provided items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure bar items are restocked as needed (mixers and fruit garnishes)
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and menu offerings.
- Repackage client provided items and set in an easy to remove spot
- Adhere to venue policies regarding shots, last call, carding, etc.
Schedule / Availability / Pay:
- Weddings are a weekend based industry, so weekend dedication is a must for this position. A detailed schedule for April - November can be provided upon request (weddings do book a year in advance, so we know our schedule for the season now which means you will to!).
- Shifts typically look like 2-10PM, 4-Midnight and can occasionally be longer or shorter pending the event timing.
- Hourly pay ranges $15-20 per hour pending experience and guaranteed availability; in addition to client optional tips
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred; catering experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required by law.
- Certification in RAMP is required prior to your first shift
