What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Willows Run Golf Complex?
About:
We are Willows Run Golf Club in Redmond WA. One of the busiest public golf courses in WA with over 160,000 guests per year. We have two 18 hole golf courses, one Par 3 course, 18 hole puttputt course, covered driving range, to-go shack and full dining restaurant. Many coporate/private tournaments, birthdays, memorial events throughout the summer. We are casual dining restaurant , brewery atmosphere. Not an upscale fancy restaurant although we recently renovated indoor dining space and our chef is very experienced with healthy and delicious plates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a server in a restaurant or bar is recommended but not a must. Server/Bartender must be over the age of 21.
- Beverage cart/ Turn building staff must be over 21 years of age.
- Understanding hospitality is a must, we have in-house training for new servers. Bartender experience is a plus. Food handler permits must be attained by each server (15 minutes online)
- Organization skills, following daily cleaning procedures/tasks is necessary.
- There are two positions in servers jobs. Server at the Turn building (To-go shack in the middle of the courses, beverage cart), or Server at the restaurant (Food server, Bartender) Turn building serves to-go food, soft drinks, alcohol and snacks to golfers and drive around beverage carts around the course.
- Restaurant servers are ordinary dining restaurant servers with bartenders.
- Seasonal Job up to end of Mid Oct.
