As a Senior Attorney in our Employment Class Action department, you will fight for our clients and win worker rights violation cases against large corporations represented by big law firms. Senior Attorneys litigate their own docket of cases, while overseeing the work of Associates, managing caseloads, and providing leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to litigate employment class action matters in state and federal courts.
- Represent clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
- Utilize persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Provide providing mentorship to associate attorneys.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least 7 years of experience in Employment Class Action.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
- Adaptable, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation range based on experience: $180,000 - $280,000
