We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Answering customer questions and concerns by phone, email, chart or in person.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Calling patients requesting early arrival or notifying of delays on date of service as needed.
- Facilitating patients with medical benefit explanations and surgery estimates.
- Calling patients/helping to navigate registration system.
- Confirmation calls regarding check in, what to bring, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Documenting interactions by keeping accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
- Denied claims follow up and verification of benefits.
- Facility authorization checks.
- Medical records requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience medical customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer interactions.

- Ability to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with the ability to be flexible on days.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
