Shareholder Relations Assistant
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist stock customers and gather necessary documentation to process a WBT stock trade. Effectively handle phone calls related to WBT stock from both customers and other branches. Stay abreast of all Wilson Bank & Trust products in order to serve as a personal banker for Wilson Bank Holding Company shareholders. Manage the stock waiting list. Process stock transfers in stock accounting software. Process Wilson Bank Holding Company dividends and facilitate the mailing of statements. Facilitate all correspondence with shareholders. Prepare and mail 1099 tax documentation related to Wilson Bank Holding Company stock. File necessary reports related to Wilson Bank stock to the SEC. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Preferably candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of banking experience. Must possess strong customer service skills. Needs strong organizational skills and be a self-starter. Must have strong computer skills with Excel experience. Must be able to communicate with customers and other employees in a courteous and professional manner in person or by telephone.
