Wilson College seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach a range of general business courses for our in-person business program in Chambersburg, PA and online as well. The incumbent will teach a 3/4 course load, engage in practice-led or academic scholarship, and participate in service to the College. Instruction will range from introductory to upper-level coursework in an undergraduate program and may include a mix of the following (depending on interest and expertise):
- Finance
- Business Management
- Economics
- Marketing
This is a 10-month position, and the incumbent will serve as the program’s internship coordinator.
TIME-FRAME: Review of applications begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled. The interview process begins online in late-October, with campus interviews to follow. The expected start date is in August 2025.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An M.B.A. or other master’s degree in an appropriate subject area and some work experience related to business in the private or public sectors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A doctoral degree in business management, marketing, finance, economics, or a related discipline. Candidates who are ABD will be considered.
