Position Overview
The Distribution Sales - Account Manager supports and grows Wilson Connectivity's relationships with key distribution partners, ensuring smooth operations and increased sales through strategic engagement. This role provides critical pricing, quoting, and administrative support while working closely with territory branch managers to expand Wilson's relevance to customers.
This position is based in St. George, UT and is full-time, Monday - Friday during business hours.
A Day on the Job May Include:
- Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors (e.g., Graybar, Accu-Tech, Anixter) to drive revenue growth and brand recognition.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Work with territory branch managers to develop and execute sales strategies that increase Wilson's presence within the distribution network.
- Pricing & Quoting Support: Provide accurate pricing updates, quote requests, and necessary administrative support to distributor partners.
- Lead Generation & Expansion: Identify and qualify new distributor contacts, ensuring ongoing sales opportunities and market penetration.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) to track interactions and business opportunities.
- Customer Service & Problem-Solving: Address and resolve distributor inquiries, escalating issues when necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Product Training: Educate distributor teams on Wilson's product offerings, competitive advantages, and use cases.
- Marketing & Event Support: Assist in distributor events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day
This Job May Be for You If You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Distribution Sales Knowledge: Experience working with key distributors (e.g., Graybar, Accu-Tech, Anixter).
- CRM Proficiency: Ability to use and update CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Pricing & Quoting Management: Capability to handle pricing requests and develop quotes for distributor accounts.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Ability to identify and qualify new opportunities within distributor networks.
- Presentation & Training Skills: Comfort with delivering product and sales training sessions to distributor partners.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Strong ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
- Ownership Mentality: Takes initiative, is proactive in supporting distributor accounts, and follows through on commitments.
- Customer-Centric: Focused on developing strong relationships and delivering excellent service to distributor partners.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses CRM insights and sales data to drive strategic actions.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with territory branch managers and internal teams to support sales growth.

Extra Awesome:
- 2-year degree or higher (preferred but not required)
