Position overview :
Based in St. George, UT, The Environmental & Safety, Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of a 90,000 sq. ft. facility set to open in May and manage these same aspects at our facilities in SLC, UT; Dallas, TX; and Cambridge, UK. The role includes managing environmental compliance, workplace safety, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Environmental and Safety :
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead the Safety Committee to c onduct risk assessments and oversee hazard mitigation efforts.
- Implement and monitor safety training as needed.
