Reports To: Executive Director of Elementary, Executive Director of Secondary, Executive Director of Student Services
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher with a preference for a degree in education or business.
Experience with greeting and receiving the public.
Bookkeeping, PowerSchool experience preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Directors including, but not limited to answering phone calls and independently answering routine questions and correspondence not requiring the supervisor’s attention, filing, copying, setting up calendar appointments, preparation of presentations, calendar management and correspondence to staff, administrators, parents, students, and community members.
- Order and distribute supplies, books, testing and training material as necessary and ensure all billing and shipping issues are resolved with vendors and staff.
- Assist with the preparation of and tracking of CTE, PreK, AIG and instructional budgets, including monthly budget status reports and budget amendments.
- Assist with the PreK application process including advertising, processing applications, and tracking student data.
- Enter homeless student data information into PowerSchool.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, agreements and contracts as needed.
- Research, create, input, format, organize and edit relevant data as needed or requested and prepare in a usable format.
- Must be able to meet and interact with employees and parents/guardians in routine situations, which require tact, discretion, and courtesy.
- Professionally represent administrators as directed in communications with constituents providing accurate information, facilitation, and problem resolution.
- Maintain inventory for equipment purchased.
- Maintain and update employee databases.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, CCI Spreadsheets, and LINQ systems.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Directors.
