Wilson James is a boutique recruitment and consulting firm focused in the accounting and finance recruitment space. We accomplish what a lot of recruitment firms do in making fantastic connections for our clients and candidates, but we’re hardly standard in the way we go about our mission.

We're looking to add one or two driven recruiters to join our team in Greenville, SC! Prior experience is nice, but not necessary.

• Base compensation plus results-driven incentives; first year compensation expected in the range of $55,000 - $80,000

Your role will be to find and influence the best talent in the market that fits the needs of our awesome clients. To do that, you’ll:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with candidates
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to strategize & implement new ideas
• Develop systematic campaigns to reach candidates via cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and texting
• Assess for basic qualifications, availability, & interest in new opportunities in the finance and accounting field
• Show up consistently every day with a commitment to hit your goals and metrics
• Tap into your creativity via social media and networking to expand professional relationships

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• A positive mindset
• Comfort with cold outreach - phone calls and various electronic means
• Results-oriented with a commitment to meet or exceed your targets and contributing to overall personal/ firm success
• Organizational and time management skills to maximize relationship building
• Knowledge of the accounting and finance field is helpful but not required
