Landscape Installation Crew Member
Job Description: We are a small, sustainably focused company looking for a talented and dedicated Landscape Installer to join our team. In this position you will perform all aspects of landscape installation including rock work, planting, soil amending, sod, flagstone, edging, weed barrier, and more. To succeed in this position you should be physically fit, enjoy physically demanding work in all weather, and have an attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, professional, and self motivating.
Responsibilities
*punctual arrival on a daily basis
*perform all aspects of landscape installation
*use hand and power tools
*move bulk materials such as rock or dirt in wheelbarrows
*operate small backhoe/loader
*follow instructions
*work as a team and work independently
*perform all work to a quality standard
*complete work in time frame allowed
*obey health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
*physical stamina
*ability to work outdoors in all weather for entire day
*ability to lift 50 pounds
*ability to move bulk material in wheelbarrows for long periods of time
*capacity to use gardening tools and machines
*valid drivers license
*clean driving record
*cell phone
*experience preferred
*must live within 30 minutes of Ridgway
