The primary responsibility of a Front Desk Associate is to provide customer service which includes answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting potential customers, and handling other clerical duties. The Front Desk Associate is also required to look up and order auto parts, prepare customer estimates and invoices, and collect payments. 2 year customer service experience required.
