Since 1983, Wilson's Nursery has been a reliable wholesale source for quality plant material. We grow and carry a full line of landscape plants, from perennials to large caliper trees and everything in between. Under our second generation of leadership sales have increased 40% in the last five years! Job Description: Wilson’sFulfilment Team Members work in collaboration with customer service reps. to gather the best plants for customer orders. They assist with every aspect of the process from plant selection to loading trucks. Fulfilment Team Members also assist with routine and seasonal tasks that help us produce, maintain and organize the plant materials we sell. This position provides a great opportunity to learn about perennials, shrubs and trees through day-to-day activities.

Team Members must have:

• a valid driver’s license
• ability to safely lift 50 pounds
• ability to repeatedly lift and carry plants up to 10-gallon size
• a tolerance of working outdoors under ever-changing, Minnesota conditions
• a positive attitude

Wilson’s is located about 45 minutes West of Minneapolis, in rural New Germany. On and adjacent to the nursery is an expansive, Crane Creek wetland. The property’s beauty is enhanced by the thousands of colorful plants we produce. Access to the Dakota Rail Trail is a short bike ride away.
