What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Enablement Team (CET) Fulfillment Supervisor position at Best Buy?
As the Client Enablement Team (CET) Fulfillment Supervisor, you'll lead a team of 10-15 members in the open order health and management processes, focusing on Best Buy Business orders. You'll ensure consistent successful order management to maximize impact and ensure client satisfaction. You'll develop a strong team culture in a virtual environment, inspiring employees towards cohesive goals, quality execution and accountability. You'll also lead through change to accommodate the evolution of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales model.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Coach employees through frequent team meetings, 1 on 1s and quarterly reviews
- Driving team performance to ensure employees deliver optimal experiences and operational effectiveness
- Oversee hiring, including posting roles, interviewing and extending and job offers
- Communicate operational gaps and solutions to partners and leaders
- Help implement improvements to order management processes
- Resolve complex situations and escalations with clients, cross-functional partners and leaders
