Client Enablement Team (CET) Fulfillment Supervisor

As the Client Enablement Team (CET) Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 10-15 members in the open order health and management processes, focusing on Best Buy Business orders. You’ll ensure consistent successful order management to maximize impact and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll develop a strong team culture in a virtual environment, inspiring employees towards cohesive goals, quality execution and accountability. You’ll also lead through change to accommodate the evolution of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales model.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

• Coach employees through frequent team meetings, 1 on 1s and quarterly reviews
• Driving team performance to ensure employees deliver optimal experiences and operational effectiveness
• Oversee hiring, including posting roles, interviewing and extending and job offers
• Communicate operational gaps and solutions to partners and leaders
• Help implement improvements to order management processes
• Resolve complex situations and escalations with clients, cross-functional partners and leaders

Basic qualifications

• 2 years of business or operational analysis experience
• 2 years previous experience driving operational initiatives

Preferred

• 2 years of management experience or military experience, including coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluation
