The employee will perform a variety of assembly functions, warehouse work, and inventory work. Also included is moving products on the manufacturing floor by using both motorized and non-motorized equipment and lifts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Heat Treat Duties:
- Inspect and set-up furnaces manually
- Place piece/parts into fixture/furnace using hands, carts, hoists and/or forklifts
- Set dials, switches and programs to begin process
- Monitor furnace and make preparations for next load
- Remove parts from furnace when done and place in containers
- Inspect part for hardness
- Repeat above steps until job is finished, or on another machine
- Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to track orders
- Assembles various piece parts as necessary
- Perform cycle counting functions and other inventory procedures
- Move product in and out of warehouse by cart or motorized equipment
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school education/GED required
- 2 year Metallurgical or Materials Processing degree a plus
- Must have mechanical abilities
- Must be willing to freely move amongst all cell machines as workload demands
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience a plus
- Must have high energy, be flexible, and have ability to take initiative
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience running heat treat furnaces preferred
