Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are extremely important to the flow of the clinic. Many of our CSRs come from various backgrounds of customer services and learn about veterinary care during their training. With their love of animals, they are here to work the client through any issues they have providing comfort along the way. The CSRs help keep everything together so the Assistants, Technicians, and Veterinarian can focus on amazing patient care.
Client Service Representatives perform a wide range of tasks and duties.
Greet and assist pet owners and their pets with empathy and care, alleviating their worries and anxieties.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally while gathering information to determine the urgency of each case.
Maintain accurate records and update the online systems with essential client information and medical records.
Collaborate seamlessly with our talented Veterinarians, Technicians, and support staff to guarantee a smooth flow of operations.
Demonstrate exceptional multitasking skills, ensuring that no call goes unanswered, and all cases are properly attended to.
Comfort and provide support to distressed pet owners, offering compassionate words during difficult moments.
Help owners through aftercare by providing comfort and information about the process
