YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE
The Recruitment Specialist acts as a trusted advisor and candidate advocate combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver the best talent to meet the critical staffing needs of our clients. Handling aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, identifying, and submitting screened, top talent for a range of positions and a range of professional experiences. Successful associates demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, proven methodology for attracting top talent including conducting research and strategically sourcing, the ability to develop and cultivate strong working relationships, and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly submit goals are met.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruiting candidates for the MSP (Managed Service Provider) line of business within Wilson Contingent Workforce Solutions.
YOU WILL:
Respond to request from vendor partners to fill temporary vacancies across US and Canada, utilizing various technology portals for requisition communication
Build and manage candidate talent pools using a variety of sourcing methods appropriate for each role
Deliver a consistent positive experience to all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
Create submission profiles for our candidates that reflect more than what's on their resume
Ensure client satisfaction, obtaining a minimum of 95% on client score cards - measured by reaction time and ability to submit candidates within tight deadlines
Participate in weekly status calls on open requisitions
Meet weekly sourcing, submission and administration targets.
Identify opportunities for program growth and efficiencies
REQUIREMENTS:
A passion for recruitment
A purposeful and strategic approach to recruiting
High volume recruiting experience
Experience sourcing talent via social media and other traditional methods.
VMS/MSP agency recruitment experience is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
A keen eye and attention to detail
VMS software experience an asset, or shows an adeptness at learning new technologies quickly
Customer orientation - demonstrated experience building and managing candidate relationships
High sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under shifting priorities
Commitment to providing our candidates with unparalleled service
Decision making via prioritizing work so the most value is added to the business
Excellent communication skills in English (oral, written). Bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
