The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage and motivate a sales team, establish and identify clear sales goals and be the driving force to create accountability for achieving them. They must be able to provide training and mentorship to help accomplish these goals and find creative ways to help customers purchase vehicles without compromising the powerful company culture that drives our business.

Responsibilities :
- Work directly with the sales force and customers to develop lasting relationships that improve client happiness and fuel customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide training and support to sales staff
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision of goals for the sales team, targeted performance and following set store processes
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and be a steward of the culture.
- Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations
- Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance
- Train and manage the sales team to accomplish goals on F&I products that create a great ownership experience and increased consumer satisfaction
- Help with dealer trades and accurately complete paperwork
- Load and inspect all consumer transactions using company software
- Be a steward of the company culture and enforce key ethics and policies
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership management experience required
- Subaru experience preferred
- Valid references
- Shown success in auto retail sales
- Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment
- Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude
- Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
