Wilton Bank, an Office of DeWitt Bank & Trust Co., is seeking a part-time or full-time Receptionist.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking and delivering messages
- Check and sign for deliveries
- Check in vendors
- Monitor and ensure the reception area is neat and tidy
- Monitor interior and exterior for security
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Contributes to team efforts
- Assist in organizing events and hosting
- Coordinate community room schedule/bookings
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications include:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer – word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.
- Telephone system experience
- Previous banking experience preferred
