Job Summary :
The Business Development & Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. This individual will focus on expanding our market reach, developing sales strategies, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of WN Foods’ products. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with a strong sales background and a passion for the food industry. Intimate knowledge on Private Label business is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, driving business expansion and increasing revenue across various markets including private label, institutional and foodservice channels.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, while addressing any concerns and issues.
- Sales Strategy : Based on market research to identify trends / market / accounts, and develope sales strategies and forecasts to capture new business.
- Product Knowledge : Become an expert on WN Foods’ products, understanding their unique selling points, applications, and value propositions to effectively communicate these to clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales : Lead sales meetings and negotiations, presenting proposals, handling objections, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure products meet market demands.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
