Green House Solar is a licensed NJ electrical contracting company that specializes in solar installation, backup power, and solar panel maintenance. We are based in Madison, New Jersey and serve the entire NJ area. We work directly for companies and individuals who need repair, cleaning, maintenance, or installation of solar panel arrays on either commercial or residential buildings.

Green House Solar is an independent local business operating out of Madison, NJ. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities :

The Marketing Specialist will support the Company’s initiatives through planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs and managing the overall marketing budget for maximum impact and ROI.

• Lead generation : Develop creative strategies and ideas to generate a sufficient number of leads to support sales channels and meet target conversion rates for appointments and sales.
• Campaign management : Originate, propose, design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.). Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to ensure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly; provide support and monitoring for campaigns managed by external partners.
• Paid ad management : Plan and create paid search ad campaigns; manage campaign goals, keyword lists, ad copy, bidding strategies, budgets, and conversion tracking; continuously monitor and make recommendations to management to optimize campaign performance.
• Content and Brand Management : Author and oversee content creation for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels; ensure brand consistency and positive brand image across all platforms and materials including landing pages, emails, presentations, sales collateral, video scripts, marketing collateral pieces, etc.
• Marketing automation : Use AI and other software tools to develop and execute email nurture campaigns for prospects and leads, as well as existing customers to provide continued value and additional services.
• Event management : Plan, manage, attend, and supervise events including green fairs, farmers’ markets, county and State fairs, street fairs, seminars, outreach and education programs, conferences, and the like. Evaluate performance against targets and manage post-event follow up.
• Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the New Jersey solar and storage market; stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support : Assist with appointment setting, customer communication and satisfaction checks, and cross-departmental marketing efforts across sales, partnerships / affiliate marketing, customer experience, service, etc.
• Reporting : Track and analyze KPIs to generate insightful reports; present progress and performance to marketing leadership and other stakeholders.

Pay : $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
