WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager. They will gather information and report on key maintenance activities, budgets, spending, and events. They will coordinate and optimize corporate outage schedules and resources, as well as provide feedback and training resources for the development of plant maintenance departments.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent. Ten years' experience in an incineration plant environment, with a minimum of five years in a supervisory role. Licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the development and review of plant repairs and maintenance budgeting and forecasting. Assemble reports of upper management on corporate-wide spending and forecasts.
- Coordinate plant outage schedules within regions for the optimization of common resources.
- Review, evaluate, and provide feedback on boiler outage and project schedules and scopes of work.
- Optimize usage of outside contractors by monitoring usage and performance, providing feedback, coordinating schedules and developing agreements.
- Communicate common problems and solutions across the region. Organize meetings to facilitate exchange of information between the plants.
- Be a catalyst for opening up communication between separate plants.
- Be familiar with plant R&M budgets and overall business structures.
- Evaluate the performance of maintenance operations within regional facilities and provide constructive feedback to maintenance superintendents, operations managers, and plant managers.
- Identify, encourage, and facilitate training needs for maintenance supervisors and mechanics.
- Select, supervise, train, develop and monitor performance of Regional Engineer. Develop the position as a technical resource to the region and support for plant's needs.
- Travel extensively to the plants within the company working varied work hours as the situation dictates.
- Develops, plans and implements of various regional and corporate projects and programs, as assigned. Evaluate and implement new software tools as required.
- Maintains and enforces all Company environmental compliance, safety and health requirements, policies, procedures and rules.
- Trains shift personnel in safety procedures and equipment use, plant operating procedures, and environmental standards and maintaining compliance.
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
