WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Sales in Portsmouth, NH. We're seeking an experienced Senior Director of Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales division, championing innovative strategies and fostering high-impact relationships. Responsibilities
- Lead a strong Sales management team who supervises Sales Executives, Sales Associates, Account Managers, Major Account Managers
- Meet or exceed Sales KPIs for growth, retention and quality
- Drive new business improvements as well as retention and growth of existing customer base
- Focus is on maximizing profitable revenue growth across territories
- Drive the Company’s sales strategy, in alignment with the Corporate Strategic Plan, working closely with Area Operations Management, Market Sales Managers, Post Collections Sales Management, Pricing team, and other Corporate and Area resources as applicable
- Meet or exceed sales, price and cost management related targets as determined by the company and the area
- Commit to and follow processes relative to coaching and developing talent, managing activity, and continuous improvement
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication and solicitation of feedback, as well as issue triage and management and general customer relationship practices
- Lead, train, monitor and motivate the sales team
- Draw insight and action from sales and revenue reporting
- Accurately budget and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams
- Maintain awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including but not limited to Sales Operations, Sales Optimization, Strategic Accounts, Customer Care, Sales Coordination, Accounts Receivable, Finance, etc. to maximize the value
- Continually develop talent and talent pipeline through hands-on recruiting, hiring, training and coaching, including but not limited to internship programs and college competition partnerships
- Maintain positive work environment and culture by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field (will accept edu /exp and/or foreign equivalent as determined by a professional evaluation service)
- 12 years of experience in sales leadership in a service or operationally focused industry
