Summary

WIN is seeking an exceptional Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead sales efforts in the West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with consulting and brokerage organizations, as well as enterprise, municipal, and labor union contracts. This role will focus on driving sales of WIN’s family building and family wellbeing services through channels such as large employers and health & welfare consulting firms.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior executives to develop and execute short, mid-, and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
  • Market Penetration: Drive sales success in large employer, labor union, and municipal markets to achieve revenue growth aligned with company targets and profitability objectives.
  • Client Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings to introduce WIN’s market leading clinical solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead and support sales cycles by attending meetings, developing presentations, and creating proposals to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Industry Representation: Represent WIN at industry forums, presentations, and other key events to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales efforts and outcomes regularly to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to clearly articulate WIN’s clinical first message, while taking a supportive and consultative approach towards clients and consultants in understanding the nuances of this complex benefit offering.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least 10 years of health and wellness sales experience with large employers, preferably in fertility, women or men’s health industries.
    • Proven track record in selling specialty benefits, voluntary benefits, pharmacy benefit management, or other healthcare services.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Expertise in developing high-level relationships and closing sales in relevant market segments.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, authentic and professional.
  • Comprehensive understanding of group benefits, trends, and key players in the market.
  • Fertility, femtech or women’s health industry knowledge preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, own your territory and relationships.
  • Creative problem-solver with entrepreneurial drive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Established relationships with decision-makers in major employers or consulting organizations.
  • Availability for travel at least 25% of the time.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and focus on efficiency and results.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on best practices.
