A bachelor's degree in nursing and an MSN within 5 years are required.
At least five years of work experience as a nurse, with two years' clinical experience in obstetrics delivery (surgical services), is necessary.
Leadership experience with budget management is preferred.
Current Massachusetts RN licensure is required.
Certification in specialty area within 2 years is expected.
